Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and functional abilities, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and specialized modalities to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and record all treatment activities, adjusting therapeutic goals and methods based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate and train patients, caregivers, and family members on appropriate therapeutic exercises, self-care management, and the effective use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, contributing insights and recommendations to optimize patient care and recovery plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practice by participating in professional development opportunities and networking with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals undergoing rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly , commensurate with experience.
