Our state-of-the-art facility spans over 5,000 square feet and is designed to promote healing and recovery through advanced sports medicine techniques. Our dedicated team consists of two highly-skilled physical therapists and a supportive physical therapy assistant (PTA), all of whom collaborate to deliver exceptional patient care. We primarily serve clients with private medical insurance, allowing us to focus on tailored treatment without the constraints often faced in larger institutions.

Work Environment

Our work environment is dynamic and supportive, emphasizing collaboration and open communication among team members. The clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a manageable work-life balance. All services are provided onsite, enabling a hands-on approach that fosters strong patient-therapist relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient-Centered Goal Fulfillment: Engage with patients to identify their rehabilitation goals, ensuring that care plans are individualized and focused on their unique needs.
• Optimized Patient Load: Maintain a steady patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring that each patient receives ample attention for their treatment.
• Orthopedic Expertise: Utilize your extensive orthopedic experience to develop and implement specialized treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs of each patient.
• Cost-Efficient Treatment: Deliver non-invasive treatments that promote mobility and function while successfully minimizing reliance on medications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Your role will focus on delivering targeted interventions that cater to the varying rehabilitation needs of our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Current and valid DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Strong communication skills, with a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, though new graduates with a passion for orthopedic rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
• Experience developing and implementing rehabilitation protocols and individualized fitness plans.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
