Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Bear Lake PT Clinic, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients facing functional limitations and disabilities due to orthopedic concerns.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Consult with other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care, enhancing the continuum of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress, adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications
