Work Environment

Located in the thriving community of Manassas, our clinic provides a vibrant work setting. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in an outpatient office, engaging directly with patients in a hands-on capacity. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available between 7 am – 4 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the recovery journey of our patients, including:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design, execute, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Educating families and caregivers on therapeutic processes, empowering them to support their loved ones effectively throughout rehabilitation.
• Conducting engaging in-service training sessions and facility education to raise awareness and understanding of physical therapy among staff and community members.
• Participating in Care Plan Meetings, contributing insights on patient progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet patient goals.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to integrate learning and optimize treatment delivery while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with diverse cases, implementing therapeutic interventions that address a wide range of physical limitations. Your work directly contributes to improving patients' functional abilities and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid and active PT license in good standing for the state of Virginia.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient understanding of federal, state, and governing agency regulations related to physical therapy practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, vital for engaging with patients, families, and team members.
• A demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and ethical practice in all patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, it is not mandatory. Compensation and Benefits
