Key Responsibilities

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions, including their mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on specific patient needs and clinical best practices, incorporating evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
• Administering physical therapy interventions such as manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at alleviating pain and improving function.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing education and training to patients and their families on exercises, use of assistive devices, and overall health maintenance to encourage active participation in recovery.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure integrated patient care and shared treatment goals.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
