Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in a fast-paced rehabilitation center designed for outpatient orthopedic care. Our facility's layout enables efficient patient flow and effective treatment sessions. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life ratio. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients to identify individual needs and treatment goals.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, tailored to the unique conditions of each patient.
• Employing cost-effective treatment options aimed at reducing the need for surgical interventions and minimizing medication reliance.
• Maintaining an optimal patient load of one client per hour to ensure quality, individualized care.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes effectively, utilizing our electronic medical records (EMR) system, such as WebPT.
• Providing patients with education and support to motivate them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care.
• Regularly evaluating treatment effectiveness and adapting care plans based on patient progress.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, and the capability to navigate them efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
