This position is located in our outpatient office in Centreville, Virginia, where you will work on-site within a friendly and collaborative team setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical needs to establish baseline measurements and treatment goals.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and evidence-based exercises to stimulate recovery.
• Engage patients in their rehabilitation by providing clear education about their treatment plans, encouraging their active participation throughout the recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress through detailed documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a coordinated approach to patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes, share knowledge, and improve service delivery across the clinic.
• Stay current with industry best practices by participating in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults seeking relief from chronic pain and mobility issues. Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred; however, we are open to considering passionate new graduates eager to grow.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on patient education and support.
• A positive outlook and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Comfortability with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for maintaining patient documents.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
