Work Environment

This Full-Time position is dedicated to onsite work within our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Conduent Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient examinations and evaluations to identify functional limitations.
• Developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive continuum of care for patients.
• Maintaining accurate, detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress, and charges for services provided.
• Engaging with patients, their families, and support staff to establish clear treatment and discharge plans.
• Participating in leadership functions including community outreach, program development, and process improvements.
• Leading or assisting in training and supervising physical therapy aides, students, and other support staff.
• Attending and contributing to staff meetings and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
