Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their homes, assessing their recovery progress following injuries, surgeries, or chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include exercises, therapeutic techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly track and document treatment outcomes, patient responses, and progress to ensure adherence to established therapeutic goals.
• Adjust treatment strategies as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Recommend appropriate assistive devices that facilitate self-care and mobility, and provide instructions for their effective use.
• Engage patients, caregivers, and family members in the therapy process by delivering training sessions on exercises and techniques that complement treatment.
• Continuously enhance professional skills by attending workshops, engaging with professional publications, and participating in relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Strength, you will work with a varied patient population that includes children, adults, and the elderly, each with unique treatment needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
