Work Environment

This role will be performed onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Centreville, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with functional limitations and orthopedic disorders.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, which include objectives, interventions, and expected outcomes.
• Providing expert consultation to other healthcare providers about patient care and treatment plans across the continuum of rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and other musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
• A current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer applications to document clinical findings effectively.
