Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical therapy needs, identifying impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise progressions, and education on injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, with a degree from an accredited program; a Bachelor's degree is required, while a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience is essential.
• Demonstrated exceptional skills in manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization techniques.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills to manage a wide range of patient presentations in a direct access setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses that reward your achievements in patient care.
