Work Environment

Our Chantilly facility provides a supportive and collaborative environment where physical therapists can thrive. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to create a cohesive approach to patient care. Our work schedule spans Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available from 7 am to 3:30 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, allowing for an effective work-life balance in a fulfilling professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop customized treatment plans based on their unique needs and physician recommendations.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions for orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine patients. Examples include manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, fostering trust and communication with patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance rehabilitation outcomes, actively engaging in case discussions, and aligning treatment approaches.
• Provide therapy services in-clinic and, when necessary, in patients' homes, ensuring adherence to quality care plans established in conjunction with referring physicians.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support their transition toward independent mobility.
• Meet and exceed established utilization and performance goals that align with the center's broader business targets, thereby playing a vital role in our operational success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clientele of Trinity Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Center includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Our service delivery is tailored to meet the needs of patients of all ages, including children, athletes, and older adults, enabling us to create specialty programs that address diverse rehabilitation challenges.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• At least two years of demonstrated experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a rehabilitation environment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification obtained through the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Experience

• Proven track record of developing positive relationships with patients, showcasing strong interpersonal skills that enhance rehabilitation success.
• Experience in community outreach or educational initiatives that promote physical therapy awareness and injury prevention.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software is a plus, facilitating efficient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 , commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
