Day / Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM — Saturday

Day / Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM — Sunday

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site‑specific procedures, front‑desk protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities.

Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, managing sign‑in processes, issuing passes, and communicating entry requirements to guests and contractors.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and notifying building management and/or emergency contacts as needed.

Answer phones, greet incoming visitors, and support lobby operations by providing directions, handling routine inquiries, and reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns.

Observe front desk and lobby activity to help deter unauthorized access and support security‑related procedures throughout the location.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
