Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time) Evenings and Weekends

American Road Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at Rock N Roll City Harley-Davidson in Cleveland, OH! This is a part-time position.
Serve as Front Desk Receptionist greeting Harley-Davidson customers, visitors, and vendors entering the dealership. Provide first-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers.
Employee discounts on motorcycles, merchandise and parts.
• Be a part of the passionate motorcycle community.
Act with professionalism and determine the needs of customers and vendors, directing them to the proper person and/or office.
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and provide them with accurate directions to their destination.
Answer telephone calls and take messages as needed and respond to routine inquiries using customer-oriented etiquette.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet, and email use.
Must be flexible in schedule- evenings and weekends required.
