You'll be instrumental in refining our systems, leading our talented operations staff, and upholding the high standards that define Zinnia Wealth Management. Oversee all day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Zinnia Wealth Management.
Manage and optimize workflows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and client service delivery along with our Director of Client Services.
Motivate the operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations management, within the financial services or wealth management industry. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
Proficiency in financial management software and CRM systems.
