Senior SEO / Head of Marketing

Suger is quickly becoming the end-to-end orchestration system for the fastest-growing sales channels: B2B marketplaces and ecosystems, powered by AI and integrations with the systems businesses already use.

Today, we work with 300+ amazing customers, ranging from leading AI companies like the major LLM labs, Decagon, and Glean to large enterprises like Snowflake, Workday, and Intel.

We’ve built products customers love and a sales motion that works. In practice, this is a founding growth marketing hire.
You’ll have broad ownership across organic growth, content, events, partner marketing, brand, and everything in between, with the opportunity to build our marketing engine from the ground up.

This is not a traditional management position. Own marketing strategy and brand: Define Suger's marketing strategy, messaging, positioning, and brand voice to build awareness and differentiate us in the market.

Own inbound growth across SEO/AEO/GEO, content, community, email, and other organic channels. Create content and campaigns: Develop compelling content and campaigns that educate our market, generate demand, and support Sales.

Own field and event marketing: Identify the events and communities where our buyers spend time and plan and execute high-impact activations.

Build partner marketing: Develop co-marketing programs with cloud marketplace partners including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Snowflake.

Build the marketing foundation: Establish attribution, UTM tracking, HubSpot processes, reporting, and other systems needed to measure and scale marketing.

5+ years of B2B marketing experience , ideally with meaningful experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup.

A track record of building marketing programs from scratch without a large team, budget, or established playbook.

Strong experience in demand generation and SEO , with a demonstrated ability to grow inbound traffic and generate pipeline.

Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative instincts.

Highly data-driven and comfortable using funnel and campaign metrics to make decisions.

Comfortable with HubSpot, marketing analytics, attribution, and AI/automation tools such as Claude Code and n8n.

Cloud marketplace, SaaS, or ecosystem-led growth experience is a strong plus.

We’re a well-funded, fast-moving company with a flat organizational structure and a strong bias toward action. 150K-$200K/year base salary, plus meaningful equity, comprehensive health benefits, and monthly office stipends.
