A highly regarded Orange County defense firm is seeking a sharp, driven Litigation Associate Attorney to join its cohesive and growing team. The firm’s practice is concentrated in complex, high-exposure catastrophic personal injury defense matters for sophisticated corporate clients, including companies with substantial self-insured retentions and deductibles. Attorneys are trusted to think strategically, manage their matters with autonomy, and produce exceptional work product while collaborating closely with a supportive team.

Handle sophisticated, high-exposure litigation matters from inception through resolution

The firm is seeking an Associate with strong litigation experience to join its growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated disputes, working closely with clients, and taking an active role in litigation strategy.
Handle sophisticated civil litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution or trial

• Develop thoughtful litigation strategies and analyze complex legal and factual issues
• Work directly with experienced attorneys and high-level corporate clients
• Contribute to a collaborative, collegial office culture where quality work and initiative are recognized

1–7+ years of civil litigation experience

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• 150,000–$250,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus potential. Compensation will depend on experience, litigation background, demonstrated capabilities, and overall fit. Medical insurance
