Operations Manager
Lead Manufacturing Operations. Drive Performance. MMT is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our West Palm Beach facility. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence across Assembly and Machine Shop operations.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing operations and lead a team responsible for Assembly and Machine Shop activities. You will partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.
Lead all Assembly and Machine Shop operations
Drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity performance
Lead production planning and execution to meet customer commitments
Drive accountability through KPI management, visual controls, and daily operating reviews
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with Engineering to improve manufacturability, throughput, and product quality
Participate as a key member of the site leadership team
Proven success improving productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance
Experience managing KPIs and driving operational results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or a related field
Experience managing both assembly and machining operations
Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma experience
Knowledge of ISO quality systems and manufacturing process controls
Bilingual English/Spanish
