Buyer - Full time - Supply Chain Purchasing

As a Procurement Agent, you play a crucial role in sourcing the right products and materials that drive success for one or more projects in a division. Your expertise ensures that projects are equipped with high-quality resources, enabling teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to shape our supply chain and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

This is a full time, fully located in the Austin or Dallas office - this postion is NOT remote.
Qualifies and evaluates vendors of materials, subcontractors, and service providers for recommendation to the Procurement Manager or others for use on projects.

Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
supports Accounts Payable reconciliation.
Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under the supervision and guidance of a procurement manager.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Construction Management preferred.

~Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) with general knowledge of database utilization. Able to identify, track and communicate project plan steps and actions.
