Operations ManagerEtleap is a leading provider of data integration solutions, empowering organizations to effortlessly centralize, transform, and manage their data for enhanced analytics and decision-making. Our innovative platform enables seamless data integration across disparate sources and democratization of data access throughout the organization. We are looking for an Operations Manager to work directly with company leadership and keep the business running smoothly across a distributed team in the US and UK. What You Are Going To Do:Own day-to-day operations across finance, people, and logistics so work gets done accurately and on timeBe the first line for operational requests and routine questions from the team and customers, routing or resolving quickly, and maintaining simple internal reporting and systems so work is visibleCoordinate with partners such as our accountant, payroll and benefits providers, recruiters, and event vendorsSupport finance operations: invoicing and collections follow-through, customer/vendor forms and portals, PO tracking, and month-end hygiene in partnership with our accountantSupport people operations: onboarding and offboarding, payroll inputs and changes across US and UK, and coordination of contractor paymentsPlan and run company events and conference participation at a practical level of detail, including timelines, vendors, materials, and travel logistics; help foster team connection through well-run gatheringsKeep our SF and UK offices running smoothlyWhat We Want To See In You:2 to 3 years in an operations or generalist role at a fast-moving companyHigh attention to detail, organized and proactive, with clear written communicationStrong communicator with internal teams and external counterparts (customers, vendors, partners)Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting, and quick to learn new tools and portalsAble to switch contexts and manage multiple threads without losing qualityBased in San Francisco and able to work in person 5 days a weekBig Plus If You Have The Following:Exposure to finance operations, HR operations (including international basics), vendor management, or eventsExperience helping run conferences or team offsitesWhat We Are Offering:A competitive equity package, aligning your success with the company's growthComprehensive health benefits, unlimited PTO, and daily catered lunchPrime office location in San Francisco, conveniently accessible by public transportationA collaborative, inclusive company culture prioritizing work-life balanceAs you deliver reliable outcomes and improve our operating rhythm, this role can grow in scope and decision rights.
