Immediate Need - Front Desk Receptionist

Vaco is currently assisting a client in their search for a Receptionist in the Scottsdale, AZ office. This role will sit at the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phones. It is a contract‑to‑hire position that is fully onsite and hiring immediately. Pay: up to $25 per hour depending on experience.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized

Provide basic information to clients, customers, and guests

Maintain records, logs, and filing systems (both digital and physical)

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and filing

Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations

Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management in person, via email, and over the phone
