Job Description About the Role We are seeking a Permian Title Landman to join our growing team and work directly with project management. As a member of our team, you will conduct title and mineral ownership research, analyze public records, and prepare reports that help our clients make informed decisions regarding drilling operations, lease acquisitions, and related activities. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Research county records to determine surface and mineral ownership using online databases and, when necessary, by examining records at local county courthouses
Analyze and document title and mineral ownership information
Prepare clear, accurate reports for client review and project use
Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines and production goals
Communicate findings and project updates with project managers and team members
Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
or Energy Management degree may be considered in lieu of some experience when combined with relevant industry knowledge

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat

Bachelor's degree
Degree in Energy Management, Energy Commerce, or a related field
