Entry Level Attorney - Immigration Law

Entry-Level Immigration Attorney Remote (New York or New Jersey Residents Only)

We are seeking an Entry-Level Immigration Attorney to join our growing immigration law practice.
This is a fully remote position ; however, applicants must be located in New York or New Jersey . Candidates residing outside of these states will not be considered.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of immigration law experience , including exposure to both employment-based and family-based immigration matters . We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of cases with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Prepare and file family-based and employment-based immigration petitions and applications.
Draft support letters, legal briefs, cover letters, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, document collection, and case updates.
Conduct legal research and analyze immigration issues.
Manage case deadlines and maintain organized case files.
Work independently while collaborating with the legal team as needed.
Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, New York preferably.
• 1–2 years of immigration law experience preferred.
• Experience with family-based and business-based immigration matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage cases with limited oversight and take initiative.

Location Requirement
This position is 100% remote , but applicants must currently reside in New York or New Jersey . Applications from candidates outside of New York and New Jersey will not be reviewed.

Compensation
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year
