Medical Lab Tech - MLT - Full Time

Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory examinations-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other areas-following established protocols.
Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot potential issues, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
Assist with specimen collection and preparation of samples for testing as required.
Keep comprehensive documentation of procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Must obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams.
