Immigration Attorney (can be remote)

Keller Law Group, LLC is a growing, modern law firm focused on immigration law, criminal defense, and personal injury. Our immigration practice handles high-stakes matters including asylum, removal defense, family-based petitions, and employment-based immigration.
We are seeking a licensed Immigration Attorney with at least 1–3 years of immigration law experience to join our Immigration Practice Group. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants real responsibility, strong support, and long-term growth.
You will manage cases with the support of trained intake staff and paralegals, allowing you to focus on legal strategy and advocacy.
Handle immigration matters from intake through resolution
Prepare and file immigration petitions, motions, and legal briefs
Represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Court (EOIR), where applicable
Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal guidance
Maintain accurate case notes and deadlines in the firm CRM
Employment-Based Immigration (EB-2 NIW exposure a plus)
Family-Based Immigration (I-130, I-485, consular processing)
D. from an accredited law school
S. law license in good standing
Minimum 1–3 years of immigration law experience
Strong legal writing and research skills
Immigration Court (EOIR) appearances
Multilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese)
Bonus and growth opportunities
