SRV HR
Overview: Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take control of your career and run your own consulting business? SRV HR is seeking accomplished HR leaders to join our network of independent consultants. As a SRV HR Advisor, you’ll own and operate your own HR consulting practice while leveraging our proven model that includes tools, support, and business development resources.
Certified business development training with access to ongoing coaching and a proven system.
Business Ownership : Run your own HR consulting business while partnering with SRV HR for support.
Access a comprehensive operations support suite, including a vault of HR tools, a CRM to manage your clients, business development support, and ongoing coaching.
Community : Join a network of like-minded professionals with access to continuous professional development and peer support.
Provide strategic and tactical HR consulting services to clients in various industries, targeting small to mid-sized businesses.
Build and maintain a portfolio of clients with the support of SRV HR’s business development tools.
Utilize SRV HR’s tools and systems to efficiently manage your consulting practice.
Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay current in the HR field.
Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an executive-level role.
Proven ability to deliver strategic HR solutions and manage client relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive.
Full autonomy in running your own HR consulting business.
Access to a robust support system, including training, coaching, and a CRM to streamline operations.
A network of other HR professionals for collaboration and support.
