Territory Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to grow our presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive new business throughout an assigned sales territory. A typical day as a Territory Sales Engineer can include:

Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities

Sell technical solutions to OEMs and industrial customers

Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities

Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs

Represent HIWIN at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 35 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers
• Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%

A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
