Attorney - insurance associate - law

Location: On-Site | 4900 Daggett Ave., On-Site | 2345 Grand Blvd. #Brown & Crouppen is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation and Pre-Litigation Practice. This role provides an excellent opportunity for attorneys early in their career to develop hands‑on litigation experience while also gaining exposure to pre‑litigation case development. The Associate Attorney will work closely with multiple seasoned attorneys, learning all aspects of personal injury law—including case investigation, negotiation, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy. This is a high‑energy, client‑focused role that requires strong communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals.

Pre-Litigation

Conduct legal research and case evaluations to determine claim viability

Work with case managers and investigators to gather medical records, police reports, and other evidence

Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurance companies

Collaborate with attorneys and medical experts to assess injury causation and damages

Litigation

Draft discovery requests, pleadings, and motions

Monitor case progress and develop litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys

1-3 years’ experience handling personal injury cases, including pre‑litigation and litigation experience

D. from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
