Administrative Assistant
OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team to support the Mableton/Atlanta area. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and dependable team player with the ability to assist our team in managing multiple projects, reaching critical deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and producing quality work for our customers. Work in the office Monday through Friday.
Reconciling PO receivers via Coupa.
Reviewing and reconciling customer statements and accounts.
Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders and purchase orders.
Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks including ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
1+ years of administrative experience is required.
- Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus.
