Work from home administrative position

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Provide product, promotion, and pricing information pursuant to customer requests

Resolve purchasing pricing discrepancies through the research of regular and special customer prices, as well as assist purchasing department

Work strategically to analyze and prepare customer sales quotes

Provide internal support to marketing and accounts receivable functions as needed

Hold responsibility for planning, scheduling, as well as attending of, various management and sales meetings

Daily/weekly filing of administrative and internal management reports

Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills

Competitive market-based hourly pay rate
