Client Service Rep, Call Center - Remote

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently

Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product or service offerings

Assist customers with placing orders, updating account information, or processing returns and exchanges

Resolve customer complaints or issues by taking appropriate action and following up as necessary

Utilize CRM software to document and track customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve team goals

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
