Paralegal **Urgent**

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. a fast-growing multinational property and casualty insurance company has an immediate need for a Paralegal in their New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Staff Counsel team in Princeston New Jersy

Review and analysis of files before scheduled hearings, including written pre-hearing reports for multiple attorneys;

Pulling, organizing and bookmarking medical records on a regular basis;

Scheduling examinations with vendors and facilities;

Working with vendors to request and obtain records via subpoena/medical authorization; Composing routine correspondence, taking calls from attorneys, claims professionals, opposing counsel, and courts;

Experience working in an all-inclusive document management platform is required

The ideal applicant would have 3+ years of litigation experience.

An associate or bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus.

The position requires r eading and comprehending complex instructions from attorneys and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
