Human Resources Generalist, Payroll and Recruitment

Primary Responsibilities Process biweekly and semi-monthly payroll across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Perform end-to-end payroll tasks including deductions, garnishments, taxation, off-cycle runs, and year-end processing.

Managed full-cycle recruitment efforts, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.

Educated employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards to support compliance and promote a positive employee experience.

Job Requirements Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency with HRIS, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.
