Head of management hr

Securitas Security Services is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions in our two Massachusetts branch offices - Westborough and Wilmington, MA.
This role ensures compliance with employment laws, supports employee relations, and oversees day to day HR operations. Location: Westborough, MA w/ ability to travel to Wilmington, MA weekly
Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm w/ some flexibility
Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration
Manage leave programs, including FMLA, PFMLA, ADA accommodations, and unemployment matters
Serve as a resource for all employees
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and records

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including management-level responsibilities

• Experience with FMLA, PFMLA, ADA, unemployment claims, and benefits administration
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information
• Professional, service-oriented approach when supporting field and office staff
• Comfortable working with HR and scheduling systems (training provided)
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
