I'm originally from Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. One thing we're especially proud of is our performance our office is currently ranked #1 in Texas for boat insurance, and we take a lot of pride in being known for strong service and expertise. Tyler Landry - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.

Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.

Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.

Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.

Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
