Wettermark Keith is seeking a dependable, organized, and service-oriented Mail Clerk to support the daily operations of the firm. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, providing receptionist coverage as needed, and serving as an office runner to support attorneys and staff across departments.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, professional in appearance and demeanor, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Birmingham office. Compensation for the position includes a competitive hourly salary and benefits.

Prepare and process outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, and courier shipments.

Maintain mailroom supplies and equipment.

Serve as backup receptionist during breaks, lunches, meetings, and employee absences.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Office Runner & Administrative Support:

Deliver documents, files, and supplies throughout the office.

Coordinate local deliveries and pickups as needed.

Support filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation projects.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
