Finance ManagerManage the finance, costing, payroll, IT, and office clerical functions for the divisionWeekly cash forecasting & associated reportingWeekly review of payroll processingPerform day-to-day hands-on work as neededMonthly review of financial statement preparation and reportingInterpret the divisions financial results and present them monthly to senior managementResponsible for annual budgeting and monthly reforecastingSupport for new business development activates, and review of associated financial dataOversee capital expendituresParticipate in the preparation of the annual update for the Five-Year Strategic PlanManage annual internal and external auditsSupport inventory validation programs including cycle counts, and the annual physical countOversee risk management & compliance activitiesAnnual review of costing modelsMentor and motivate the finance team towards achieving the goals of the departmentParticipate in strategic & business initiatives as requiredPosition RequirementsUniversity degree specializing in finance, commerce or equivalentAccounting designation, CPA or CMA preferredMinimum 1-3 years' experience as a Controller or Finance Manager in a manufacturing environmentMicrosoft office, excel, power point and system skillsAbility to work with different levels of people utilizing superior communication skillsVery good working knowledge of Accounting, Cash Management, Forecasting & BudgetingExcellent business acumen, with strong ability to communicate verballyMotivated, self-starter that is highly analytical and action orientedAbility to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlinesAbove average analytical and technical skillsWorking ability with Microsoft Office products, including expertise with Excel and PowerPointExcellent decision-making skills, including information gathering and problem solvingA strategic thinker with a strong attention to detailAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and provide follow-upExperience with ERP systems and ERP implementationsMust have manufacturing and cost accounting experienceWill have 8 direct reports
