As a Security Officer Entry Screening in Summerville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location where you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, and support badge verification for employees and visitors. In this role, you will remain visible, assist with routine site activity, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Saturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sunday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, screening entry requests, and supporting security-related protocols at an automotive location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and/or contractor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site policy and documenting security-related activity.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
