Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various specializations such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology adhering to set protocols.
Evaluate results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection efforts and, when necessary, prepare samples for testing.
Keep comprehensive records of all procedures, train new team members or students, and assist in upholding the laboratory's quality standards.
Promote a safe and clean work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
