Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology-and adhere to established lab protocols diligently.
Examine test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Assist with sample collection and preparation for testing as required.
Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff and students, and promote high-quality laboratory standards.
Ensure a safe, tidy workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control procedures and documentation.
