RN L&D/OB OR - Weekends

Registered Nurse Labor and DeliveryWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in this specialty. Candidates with prior experience are preferred, but first-timers are also accepted. The nurse will care for adult patients with OB and preterm pregnancy needs. The unit has 13 Labor and Delivery rooms and two operating rooms. The facility handles approximately 200 deliveries per month. The nurse should be comfortable working varying patient ratios, averaging 1-2 patients per shift. Position requires working every other weekend and potential floating within women's services. Staff members are expected to work major holidays as designated. Compliance with onboarding requirements is critical for timely start. The role demands a proactive approach to patient care and exceptional communication skills.
