Advocacy Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role involves managing pre-litigation work, guiding clients, and overseeing settlement negotiations in personal injury cases.

Duties Handle all pre-litigation work daily

Complete Flip-to-Lit approval

Guide clients through the case process

Draft and file pre-litigation documents

Complete TD approval for liability issues

Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation

Manage the release approval process

Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers

Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability

Drive compliance and KPIs among team

Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school

Active member in good standing with the OH State Bar Association

1+ years of personal injury experience

Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases

Excellent client service and communication skills

Strong leadership skills

Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Desire to become part of a trial team

Education Law degree from an accredited institution

Certifications Active membership with the OH State Bar Association
