Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist - Full-Time

Our Familia Dental in Racine office is looking for full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join their team!
We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Professional to join our fast-paced, community-oriented dental practice at our 5201 Wshington Ave Ste A Racine WI 53406 office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients-welcoming them with warmth and efficiency while managing appointments, patient records, and daily administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly.

Answering the phone and scheduling appointments
Maintain patient accounts and records
Submit claims to insurance companies
Notify Office Manager of equipment trouble or general safety concerns
Attend and participate in morning huddles, chart reviews and regular office meetings..
Follow company policy and procedures
Excellent customer/patient service and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge
Experience with dental management software experience is preferred
Requires excellent customer service skills.
Previous dental office experience preferred but not required.
