REGISTERED NURSE FULLTIME NIGHTS(KIDS)

About This Role Registered Nurse in Maternal Child Services at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient care in a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about maternal and child health and are committed to delivering high‑quality care.
Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
Schedule: Full‑time, Night shift
What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research and standards of care.
Communicate ongoing patient status and care plans with healthcare team members.
Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies.
Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health and wellness.
Care for Labor and Delivery patients.
Provide Mother/Baby couplet care.
Manage High Risk Antepartum care.
Circulate in the Operating Room and provide Newborn Nursery Care.
Experience Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program
Maternal child services experience in a hospital setting preferred
Licenses & Certifications Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required
Inpatient Obstetrics and/or External Fetal Monitoring Certification is a plus
