PERIOPERATIVE REGISTERED NURSE - FULL TIME POSITION

Location: Orthopaedic Institute Surgery Center, Metropolis, Illinois

Role Summary The Perioperative Registered Nurse (Circulating Nurse) plays a critical role in managing patient care throughout the intraoperative experience. Working outside the sterile field, the RN circulator ensures a safe, efficient, and supportive surgical environment while serving as the patient’s advocate and coordinating the efforts of the surgical team.

Hours Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (hours may vary based on center needs).

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Coordinate and communicate with the surgical team to maintain a safe, efficient OR environment

Monitor patient positioning, safety, and equipment use

Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives

What You’ll Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current RN license in Illinois

Compensation & Benefits PTO, and holiday pay for Full-time employment status

Hourly ranges are based on role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is determined by work location and additional factors such as relevant skills, experience, and education or training.
