Advocacy Attorney

Overview A law firm seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney for its Phoenix, Arizona office. The role involves managing pre-litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases.
Responsibilities Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work.
Complete Flip-to-Lit approval.
Guide clients through the case process.
Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
Complete TD approval for liability issues.
Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
Manage the release approval process.
Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
Qualifications Law degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the AZ State Bar Association.
1+ years of personal injury experience.
Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Desire to become part of a trial team.
Education Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
Certifications Active member in good standing with the AZ State Bar Association.
