We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our team onsite in West LA. Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation casesDrafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda of lawGuide plaintiff clients through the case processInteraction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavitsAttendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
