Job Description Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a HR Generalist in Lavonia, GA . In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, entering orders, and overall customer satisfaction. In a HR Generalist role you’ll be responsible for:
Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
Support payroll processing.
Performing administrative duties.
Minimum of 5 years of HR Experience, preferably related to employee relations and compliance.
