Urgent Care on site.We are a small collegial team of dedicated radiologists with shared focus on work-life balance and a supportive work culture making this an exceptional place to grow your career.Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.Passionate Radiologists: This is a dedicated full-time breast imaging radiologist position.Position Highlights:Analyze and interpret general imaging studies across multiple modalities (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, etc.).Provide detailed diagnostic reports and communicate findings to referring physicians.Patient Care:Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases based on imaging results.Collaboration with Medical Teams:Work with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, surgeons, internists, and other specialists in a breast tumor board.Diagnostic Accuracy and Quality Assurance:Ensure high-quality diagnostic services by adhering to established radiology protocols.Participate in quality control programs and continuous improvement initiatives.Procedure Performance (if applicable):Perform or assist in breast via stereotactic/tomographic, ultrasound and MRI guidance.Continuing Education:Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain board certification and fulfill continuing education requirements.Clinician-centric and clinician focused, with shared EMR across businesses to support coordinated careThe culture is one of clinical innovation and transformation with a focus on safetyAffiliations with prestigious organizationsWe are influencing change on a national scale while still maintaining the culture and community of our local care organizationsDon't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and flexible environment. Required Qualifications:Graduate of four-year U.Medical School or equivalent. Residency completed in Radiology.Current BLS from the American Heart Association (recertification provided)- Oregon Medical Group/Optum provides recertification.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.Assistance provided for obtaining license with licensing expenses covered. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
