We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to enrich our dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic based in Los Gatos, California. Your role will be onsite within a well-structured rehabilitation facility, providing an engaging and empathetic atmosphere for patients. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule that suits both personal and professional needs. You will have access to a wealth of resources, including a structured mentorship program to aid in your ongoing professional development.

Provide hands-on treatment to 1-2 patients per hour within an outpatient orthopedic setting, ensuring each patient receives focused and individualized care.

Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans based on thorough assessments of patient needs and goals, utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions.

Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans using our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Collaborate closely with a passionate team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians, to optimize patient outcomes and foster a holistic approach to recovery.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. At On Point Rehab Center, you will engage with patients of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring treatment approaches to meet their unique needs and ensure thorough recovery.

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; candidates with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy are highly preferred.

Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with patients and creating an encouraging rehabilitation environment.
